Translation (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)

He said: My dear friends the cowherd men, in order to do good to this place, Gokula, we should leave it, because so many disturbances are always occurring here, just for the purpose of killing Rāma and Kṛṣṇa. KB 10.11.23 “My dear friends! Now we should leave here for another place because we are continually finding that great demons are coming here to disturb the peaceful situation, and they are especially attempting to kill the small children.

Purport (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)

"Thinking of the welfare of all the inhabitants of Vraja (gokulasya hitaisibhih), we should move."

Purport (Jiva Goswami)

We should go elsewhere. Why? We think of the benefit of all the people of Gokula. Great disturbances which may cause the destruction of the young boys take place. He mentions boys in general rather than Kṛṣṇa so that Nanda would not feel Kṛṣṇa alone was the cause of moving. Another version has prajānām (all the people). Another version has vrajānām (people of Vraja). In reality by looking after the welfare of Kṛṣṇa all others’ welfare would prosper. While describing the pain of the disturbances to all the people, he showed affection for Kṛṣṇa, who had come there out of curiosity, by putting him on his lap, and spoke of the past incidents concerning Kṛṣṇa.

Purport (Sanatana Goswami)

We should go elsewhere. Why? We think of the benefit of all the people of Gokula. By giving benefit to Kṛṣṇa everyone benefited. Though the real goal was Kṛṣṇa, as explained later, Upananda mentioned danger to all the boys since they would go quickly if all the cowherds became frightened. Or if Kṛṣṇa was in danger, it followed that all the boys were in danger. Another version has prajānām instead of bālānām. The meaning is the same. Another version has vrajānām. If there was danger to Kṛṣṇa, the life of all beings in Vraja, everyone in Vraja would be destroyed.
