Translation
To pure devotees throughout the world who could understand His activities, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Kṛṣṇa, exhibited how much He can be subdued by His devotees, His servants. In this way He increased the pleasure of the Vrajavāsīs by His childhood activities.

The Lord was exhibiting such childish dealings with the inhabitants of Vṛndāvana because He wanted to show the great philosophers and sages searching after the Absolute Truth how the Supreme Absolute Truth Personality of Godhead is controlled by and subject to the desires of His pure devotees.
Purport
That Kṛṣṇa performed childhood activities to increase the pleasure of His devotees was another transcendental humor. He exhibited these activities not only to the inhabitants of Vrajabhūmi, but also to others, who were captivated by His external potency and opulence. Both the internal devotees, who were simply absorbed in love of Kṛṣṇa, and the external devotees, who were captivated by His unlimited potency, were informed of Kṛṣṇa’s desire to be submissive to His servants.

Not just his relatives but all the inhabitants of Vraja derives bliss form Krsna’s childhood pastimes, because of his coming under their control. This aspect of himself he showed directly to those familiar with his aisvarya aspect-Brahma and Siva, because it cannot be presented by explanations alone.

The purpose is indicated. He made those who knew about his powers but did not know about the devotees’ control over him how he is controlled by his devotees. The word bhṛtya (servant) is used to reiterate the mood of those who know the powers of the Lord. The word svānām is used to indicate those whom the Lord takes as his own family. He produced bliss for all the people of Vraja by other childhood pastimes. The word vai indicates that this was accomplished.

Another goal is mentioned. He showed directly to those who know the Lord (tad-vidām) that he was controlled by his devotees and no one else. This should be seen as the special cause of his producing prīti in others. His actions showed the greatness of bhakti. By other similar pastimes he produced bliss in all the people of Vraja always. Vai means it is well known. The pastimes should be told everywhere. And there are many other pastimes from his childhood. The conclusion concerning these all pastimes was discussed previously.
