Translation (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)

His lower lip rested on the surface of the earth, and his upper lip was touching the clouds in the sky. The borders of his mouth resembled the sides of a big cave in a mountain, and the middle of his mouth was as dark as possible. His tongue resembled a broad traffic-way, his breath was like a warm wind, and his eyes blazed like fire. KB 10.12.17 The demon in the shape of a big fat serpent expanded his lips from land to sky; his lower lip was touching the ground, and his upper lip was touching the clouds. His jaws appeared like a big mountain cave, without limitation, and his teeth appeared just like mountain summits. His tongue appeared to be a broad traffic way, and he was breathing just like a hurricane. His eyes were blazing like fire.

Purport (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)

His lower lip touched the earth and his upper lip reached the clouds. The front of the mouth was like two mountain caves. The interior of the mouth was dark, and the tongue was like a wide road. His breath was like burning fire and his gaze was like a forest fire.

Purport (Jiva Goswami)

Instead of paruṣa sometimes parṣa is seen. He had hot nostrils breathing harsh wind and hot eyes blazing like fire. Or he was hot because of his harsh breath and fiery eyes.
