अव्याकृतविहाराय सर्वव्याकृतसिद्धये ।
हृषीकेश नमस्तेऽस्तु मुनये मौनशीलिने ॥ ४७ ॥

avyākṛta-vihārāya
sarva-vyākṛta-siddhaye
hṛṣīkeśa namas te ’stu
munaye mauna-śīline

Translation
O Lord Hṛṣīkeśa, master of the senses, please let us offer our obeisances unto You, whose pastimes are inconceivably glorious. Your existence can be inferred from the necessity for a creator and revealer of all cosmic manifestations. But although Your devotees can understand You in this way, to the nondevotees You remain silent, absorbed in self-satisfaction.

O Lord Hṛṣīkeśa, master of the senses, please let us offer our obeisances unto You, whose pastimes are inconceivably glorious. Your existence can be inferred from the necessity for a creator and revealer of all cosmic manifestations. But although Your devotees can understand You in this way, to the nondevotees You remain silent, absorbed in self-satisfaction.

This verse expresses the fact that Krsna’s pastimes are sweeter than any other. "You are called avyakrta (unexplained) vihara, because your pastimes are inexpressible even by scripture, or because you have pastimes which appear material, or because you perform your pastimes without any special formalities or pomp (love without marriage etc.) You endow the devotee with abilities to serve you perfectly (sarva vyakrta siddhi). You are the attracter of the all the senses of the devotees (hrsikesa). And, for those devoid of bhakti you are atma rama (muni). For those who pray for fulfillment of desires you are silent--neither bestowing happiness or relieving distress (mauna sila)."

You pastimes are beyond matter. You are famous for your pastimes publicized everywhere. Or, you have the ability to fully develop your pastimes. His pastimes were explained to be beyond matter previously:
prapañcaṁ niṣprapañco ’pi viḍambayasi bhū-tale
prapanna-janatānanda- sandohaṁ prathituṁ prabho
My dear master! Although you have nothing to do with material existence, you come to this earth and imitate material life just to expand the varieties of ecstatic enjoyment for your surrendered devotees. SB 10.14.37
pariniṣṭhito ’pi nairguṇya uttama-śloka-līlayā |
gṛhīta-cetā rājarṣe ākhyānaṁ yad adhītavān ||
Though I was fixed in brahman and beyond the guṇas, my mind became attracted to the pastimes of the Lord. I thus learned about his pastimes. SB 2.1.9
You are the instigator of all the senses of even the ātmārāmas sot they can perceive you (hṛṣīkeśa). You are an ātmārāma (munaye). You are the opposite of an ātmārāma (amauṇa-śīlāya) in performing pastimes as the son of Nanda.
Or, you have pastimes which are not visible to all (avyākṛta-viharāya) such as stealing the yogurt. But you got the result of your actions (siddhaye), such as eating the yogurt and milk, and this was praised by all including Yaśodā (sarva-vyākṛta). Everyone became pleased by that. O Lord possessing qualities which attract all the senses (hṛṣīkeśāya)! When you were scolded you became silent (munaye). Though you have knowledge internally, you appear silent externally with a beautiful form (mauna-śīline). These two verses have a hidden meaning since the wives were reserved because of awe at Kṛṣṇa’s greatness.

I offer respects to you whose pastimes cannot be explained. Viṣṇu Purāṇa (5.18.52) says anākhyeya-prayojana: your actions cannot be explained. Your eternal condition is described by all scriptures and knowers of scripture (sarva-vyākṛta-siddhaye). Everywhere included nyāya scriptures proclaim that you existed before all else. Or your pastimes are non-material (avyākṛta-vihārāya) and from you arises all perfection in material action (sarva-vyākṛta-siddhaye).
Therefore, O lord who uses all his senses for this purpose (hrṣīkeśa)! I offer respects you who are satisfied in himself (munaye), to you who are not self-satisfied (amauna-śīline) since you perform acts of dharma and enjoy with the gopīs.
