Translation
Śukadeva Gosvāmī said: When the cowherd girls heard the Supreme Personality of Godhead speak these most charming words, they forgot their distress caused by separation from Him. Touching His transcendental limbs, they felt all their desires fulfilled.

Thus hearing the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Kṛṣṇa, speaking to pacify them, the gopīs became very much pleased. They became completely relieved of the great suffering of separation, not only by hearing the words of the Supreme Personality of Godhead but also by touching His hands and legs.

The thirty third chapter describes the rasa dance, various amusements, playing in the water and the conversion between Sukadeva and Pariksit.
The gopis, whose lust was increased by his touch, hearing his attractive words (supesala), gave up their pain of separation. Another meaning is "The gopis gave up their pain on hearing the attractive words of Krsna, whose joy increased by the touch of their bodies."
Because the gopis indignation has died through the questions and answers of the previous chapter, the amusements of embracing and kissing etc. could now take place.

The rāsa dance, which reveals clearly that the gopīs are superior to Lakṣmī, is most attractive for the whole universe. Hearing these most attractive words of the Lord, the gopīs gave up their pain produces by separation in the past and the future, since they heard that he actually did not reject them, and since they gave up worry that he would not reject them again, even if he were to be separated from them by fate, and since he had expressed his indebtedness to them. Though it was said in SB 10.32.9 that they gave up the pain of separation, it is repeated here to show that they gave up the pain completely now. Their desires were fulfilled by embracing him and holding his hand. Or, the last phrase can modify bhagavataḥ. When Kṛṣṇa was fully satisfied by the limbs of the gopīs because of their sweet words, the gopīs gave up their pain.
Purport (Sanatana Goswami)
Hearing the most attractive (supeśalāh) words of Bhagavān, who revealed his unlimited nature by these words, they gave up the pain from past and future separation. This is a repetition of a previous statement, because they had not completely given up separation. Now they completely gave up their pain, thinking that there would no longer be any separation, since he had explained his indebtedness. They gave up their pain because they were filled with natural prema-rasa (gopyaḥ). Their desires were fulfilled by embracing him and holding his hands. Or because of his skilful words they felt their desires fulfilled in all their limbs.
