KB 10.36.30-31
“I request you to go immediately to Vṛndāvana and find the two boys named Kṛṣṇa and Balarāma. They are the sons of Nanda Mahārāja. Take this nice chariot, especially prepared for the boys, and bring Them here immediately. That is my request to you.
Purport
Śrīla Viśvanātha Cakravartī gives the following interesting note: “When King Kaṁsa said ‘with this chariot,’ he pointed with his index finger to a brand-new, attractive chariot. Kaṁsa thought that since Akrūra was innocent by nature, when he saw this fine, new vehicle he would naturally want to drive it and quickly bring the two boys back. But the actual reason Akrūra went on a new chariot was that it would have been clearly inappropriate for the Supreme Personality of Godhead to mount a chariot that had already been enjoyed by the wicked Kaṁsa.”

Pointing with his finger at the new chariot, Kamsa said, "Seeing the new astonishing chariot the young boys will readily sit in it." Akrura took the new chariot, thinking that it would be unsuitable to bring the Lord in something used previously by Kamsa.

Having encouraged Akrūra, Kaṁsa states the mission. They are in Vraja and have not fled elsewhere. Bring them in this chariot (anena), newly constructed and profusely ornamented. Kaṁsa gave his own chariot to show special favor to him. Seeing the new, beautiful chariot, the two children will happy mount it by their own without delay. Actually it was by the will of the Lord that nice arrangements were made for his welcome to Mathurā.
