pura-grāma-vrajādiṣu
anirdaśān nirdaśāṁś ca
haniṣyāmo ’dya vai śiśūn

Translation
If this is so, O King of the Bhoja dynasty, beginning today we shall kill all the children born in all the villages, towns and pasturing grounds within the past ten days or slightly more.

“Dear sir, let us now make arrangements to kill all children who were born within the last ten days in all towns, counties, villages and pasturing grounds. Let us execute this plan indiscriminately.

Anirdasan means children who were not ten days old. Nirdasan refers to those over ten days old. "We will kill all children today, who are either younger or older than ten days old."

Addressing him as the king of kings (rājendra) they slight Indra. Another version has bhojendra with the same intention. We will kill the children certainly (vai), right now (adya).
