Translation
Pressing down on her toes with both His feet, Lord Acyuta placed one upward-pointing finger of each hand under her chin and straightened up her body.

Thinking like this, Lord Kṛṣṇa pressed the feet of the hunchbacked woman with His toes and, capturing her cheeks with His fingers, gave her a jerk in order to make her straight.

Pressing down on the front of her feet with his two feet, he held her chin with two upward pointing fingers and pulled her body up.

Kṛṣṇa was skillful at grasping, since that was suitable for his wrestling pastime. Taking her chin with the index and middle fingers of his right hand facing upward and supporting her back with his left hand he pulled up her body (adhyātman-- that which depends on the soul), whose crooked nature she had to endure as long as she lived because of unavoidable prārabdha-karmas. He was fixed in performing this special pastime (acyutaḥ), and thus he grasped her chin especially (pragṛhya), since he could have done all of this just by his desire, without touching her.
