Translation
As Kaṁsa thus raved so audaciously, the infallible Lord Kṛṣṇa, intensely angry, quickly and easily jumped up onto the high royal dais.

When Kaṁsa spoke in this way, Lord Kṛṣṇa became very angry with him, and within a second He jumped onto the high dais of King Kaṁsa.

Hearing the offense to his devotees, Krsna who is without injury (avyaya), unlike all the jivas, became very angry (prakupitah). He jumped so quickly on the king’s platform that no one saw him do it.

His babbling consisted of criticizing others and praising himself. Since Kṛṣṇa was famous as being inexhaustible (avyayaḥ), he did not become exhausted by leaping on the stage, so quickly that no one could see it (laghimnā). With great impetus (tarasā) he ascended the platform. Aruhat should be arohat.

Vai means certainly. Kṛṣṇa became very angry at the proud words of Kaṁsa which were more and more offensive. Quickly he jumped on the platform though it was high.
