KB 10.44.8
“Muṣṭika and Cāṇūra are just like thunderbolts, as strong as great mountains, and Kṛṣṇa and Balarāma are two delicate boys of very tender age.
Purport (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)
The women speak, pointing with their fingers as they describe the soft bodies of Krsna and Balarama.
Purport (Jiva Goswami)
The wrestlers are extremely murderous, and wicked. The boys will be killed and following dharma. Instead of sannibhau, sometimes sammilau is seen.
Purport (Sanatana Goswami)
The wrestlers were like Meru, Himalayas or Vindhya mountains in shape and rough qualities. The repetition of the word kva indicates contrast. Being like great mountains was opposite of the boys of kaiśora age. “But one only reaches kaiśora period at fifteen years.” They were called kaiśora because they had not attained yauvana. The word śrī indicates they were not too big and very beautiful.

Kva vajra-kaṭhinābhogī śarīro ‘yaṁ mahāsuraḥ
Kṛṣna has a tender body, and is approaching yauvana period. This big demon is hard as a thunderbolt and well nourished. Viṣṇu Purāṇa
