Translation
As Uddhava was about to leave, Nanda and the others approached him bearing various items of worship. With tears in their eyes they addressed him as follows.

When Uddhava was about to leave, all the inhabitants of Vṛndāvana, headed by Mahārāja Nanda and Yaśodā, came to bid him good-bye and presented him with various kinds of valuable goods secured in Vṛndāvana. They expressed their feelings with tears in their eyes due to intense attachment for Kṛṣṇa. All of them desired a benediction from Uddhava.

Śrīla Jīva Gosvāmī points out that Nanda and the cowherd men did not approach Uddhava as a formality, but rather out of spontaneous affection for a dear friend of Kṛṣṇa’s.

They held various gifts in their hands. During Krsna’s pauganda and kaisora ages, they had collected many jewels, gold coins, pearl ornaments etc, and during his youth, many clothes. In separation, they lost interest in keeping these things, and thus they offered them as gifts to Uddhava.
Purport (Jiva Goswami)
This verse describes Uddhava mounting his chariot. Uddhava went to the entrance of Vraja in order to mount his chariot. They approached him when he was there. They held in their hands milk sweet, butter and other foods given by Yaśodā for her son, marked with her symbols. Also they held similar gifts for Balarāma and Rohiṇī, and for Devakī. They had necklaces of guñja made by the gopīs for Kṛṣṇa, marked with their artistry. They also had roots, fruits and flowers from the forest brought by Śrīdāmā and others for their dear friend Kṛṣṇa. They had necklaces of elephant pearls and musk made by Nanda for his son. There was rice cooked in ghee for Vasudeva. For Ugrasena there was milk. For Uddhava there were cloth and ornaments brought by all the people. Thus they had various gifts in their hands. They spoke with choked voices (prāvocan).

As Uddhava was leaving, Nanda and others approached him, gathering together from far off (samāsādya). Or understanding that he was going, they spoke to him. He tried to go many times but gave up after going a short distance or long distance. They held items given by Yaśoḍā like fresh butter, milk and sweets for Kṛṣṇa, with her own seal. For Balarāma, for Devakī and others, she made separate packages. The gopīs made guñja necklaces for Kṛṣṇa. Śrīdāmā and other friends sent forest fruits and roots that he liked. For Kṛṣṇa, Nanda sent musk and necklaces of elephant pearls and for Vasudeva matured ghee and for Ugrasena milk products. They carried these various articles in their hands while tears of love filled their eyes. They spoke with painful, choked voices, attracting the hearts of all (provācan).
