rukmy agrajo rukmaratho rukmabāhur anantaraḥ rukmakeśo rukmamālī rukmiṇy eṣā svasā satī

Anantaraḥ should be understood with each brother successively. They are listed in order of birth. Since Rukmiṇī was the youngest, she was the favorite of her parents. She was excellent in qualities and beauty (satī).

As the eldest son, Rukmī was to be respected by all. Rukmiṇī was the youngest, their sister (svasā), endowed with all qualities (satī).
