स एव वा भवेन्नूनं यो मे गर्भे धृतोऽर्भक: । अमुष्मिन् प्रीतिरधिका वाम: स्फुरति मे भुज: ॥ ३४ ॥

sa eva vā bhaven nūnaṁ yo me garbhe dhṛto ’rbhakaḥ amuṣmin prītir adhikā vāmaḥ sphurati me bhujaḥ

Yes, He must be the same child I bore in my womb, since I feel great affection for Him and my left arm is quivering.

Yes, He must be the same child I bore in my womb, since I feel great affection for Him and my left arm is quivering. KB 10.55.34 She therefore began to think more confidently that the boy must be her own grown-up son because she felt so much affection for him, and, as an auspicious sign, her left arm was trembling.

Purport (Jiva Goswami)

Since Rukmiṇī is mother of the universe, she has general affection for all her children. But now she felt additional (adhikā) affection.

Vā indicates questioning. Nūnam indicates certainty. Since Rukmiṇī is mother of the universe, she has general affection for all her children. But now she felt additional (adhikā) affection. Moreover her arm was quivering. She speaks these verses in her mind. Otherwise he would have approached her, introduced himself and bowed to her lotus feet. Or though she spoke aloud, because he arrived so suddenly, she was unable to immediately do or say anything because of doubt.
