Translation
His mind thus influenced by their advice, wicked Śatadhanvā murdered Satrājit in his sleep simply out of greed. In this way the sinful Śatadhanvā shortened his own life span.

Being inspired by all the members of the conspiracy, Śatadhanvā one night entered the house of Satrājit and killed him while he was sleeping. Śatadhanvā was a sinful man of abominable character, and although due to his sinful activities he was not to live for many days, he decided to kill Satrājit while Satrājit was sleeping at home.

According to Śrīla Viśvanātha Cakravartī, the word
asattamaḥ
indicates that Śatadhanvā was basically evil-minded and a firm hater of Satrājit.

With his mind confused by Akrura and Krtavarma, Satadhanva, with an evil bent by nature, and with enmity towards Satrajit (asattamah), killed him while sleeping, out of greed for the jewel.

With his mind deviated from the correct path (bhinna-matiḥ) because he was of the demonic nature (asattmaḥ) like Kaṁsa, though born in the Yadu dynasty, controlled by a strong sense of sin (papaḥ) though he covered it by association with the Yadus, and though his life became shortened, he killed Satrājit in his sleep out of greed for the jewel.

With his mind deviated from the correct path (bhinna-matiḥ) because he was of the demonic nature (asattmaḥ), because he has a cruel heart or was inclined to sin (pāpaḥ), because his lifespan was short, though born in the Yadu dynasty, he murdered Satrajit.
Or because of his deviated mind, he became wicked (asattamaḥ) and sinful (pāpaḥ). Or he was naturally wicked and because of that he became sinful and was influenced by the two. Moreover his life span was short. Thus he killed Satrājit in his sleep.
