Translation
King Nagnajit first worshiped the Lord properly and then addressed Him: “O Nārāyaṇa, Lord of the universe, You are full in Your own spiritual pleasure. Therefore what can this insignificant person do for You?”

King Nagnajit was a pious king, and having Lord Kṛṣṇa in his palace, he began to worship Him to the best of his knowledge and ability. He presented himself before the Lord thus: “My dear Lord, You are the proprietor of the whole cosmic manifestation, and You are Nārāyaṇa, the resting place of all living creatures. You are self-sufficient and pleased with Your personal opulences, so how can I offer You anything? And how could I please You by such an offering? It is not possible, because I am an insignificant living being. Actually I have no ability to render any service unto You.”
Purport (Jiva Goswami)
After Kṛṣṇa had been worshipped (arcitam punaḥ), the king spoke to him. O shelter of all jīvas (nārāyaṇa)! Therefore you are the master of all objects (jagat-pate). What can I, smaller than the smallest (alpakaḥ), do for you, full of your own bliss. He uses the possessive case (purṇasya) which is indirect, to indicate his reverence, though Kṛṣṇa is visible in front of him.

The king again worshipped the Lord, because of great affection or in order to speak to him. O shelter of all jīvas! O protector of the universe! We cannot protect the citizens by levying taxes etc. You depend on nothing else. Your experience bliss in yourself. You have happiness by your nature. Or O Nārāyaṇa! O supreme Lord! O protector of the universe, master of all things! You are full of your own happiness. First the king expressed the Lord who is visible and then invisible out of great respect. What can I do for you, being very small? I can do nothing.
