On Your body the goddess of fortune herself resides, never leaving You for any reason. KB 10.58.41 After hearing the statement of Lord Kṛṣṇa, King Nagnajit said, “My dear Lord, You are the reservoir of all pleasure, all opulences and all qualities. Though Lakṣmī is the shelter of all qualities, you are the abode of good qualities (guṇaika-dhāmnaḥ). Since she is controlled by your qualities, she has all qualities.

Purport (Sanatana Goswami)

O Lord whom all people request to attain. One should desire to attain you. Who else is there, with qualities greater than yours? There is no one. His form is described as the reason for attaining him. Lakṣmī, always very steady, resides on the chest of your form (aṅge) since you are the extraordinary abode of all qualities like truth and cleanliness.
