इति भूम्यर्थितो वाग्भिर्भगवान् भक्तिनम्रया ।

Translation
Śukadeva Gosvāmī said: Thus entreated by Goddess Bhūmi in words of humble devotion, the Supreme Lord bestowed fearlessness upon her grandson and then entered Bhaumāsura’s palace, which was filled with all manner of riches.

After Lord Kṛṣṇa had heard the prayers of Mother Earth, He immediately assured her of immunity from all fearful situations. He said to Bhagadatta, “Don’t be afraid.” Then He entered the palace of Bhaumāsura, which was equipped with all kinds of opulences.

Worshipped by her words, the Lord was pleased. Instead arcitaḥ sometimes arthitaḥ (pleaded) is seen.
kiñcit karoty urv api yat sva-dattaṁ
suhṛt-kṛtaṁ phalgv api bhūri-kārī
mayopaṇītaṁ pṛthukaika-muṣṭiṁ
pratyagrahīt prīti-yuto mahātmā
The Lord considers even his greatest benedictions to be insignificant, while he magnifies even a small service rendered to him by his well-wishing devotee. Thus with pleasure the Supreme Soul accepted a single palmful of the flat rice I brought him. SB 10.81.35
He was pleased by her respect and offerings. The wealth of the city is described in Hari-vaṁśa:
na vai rājñā kubereṇa na śakreṇa yamena ca /
ratna-saṁnicayas tādṛg dṛṣṭa-pūrvo na ca śrutaḥ //
Never had such quantity of jewels been seen or heard of by any king, Kuvera, Indra or Yama.
The demons guarded the jewels.
deva-gandharva-ratnāni panna-gānāṁ ca yad vasu /
tāni sarvāṇi santīha narakasya niveśane //
All the jewels of the devatās and Gandharvas and snakes were in Naraka’s palace.
Purport (Sanatana Goswami)
Worshipped by her words, the Lord was pleased. Instead arcitaḥ sometimes arthitaḥ (pleaded) is seen. By the excellence of her words the Lord was pleased. The words were filled with bhakti. The Lord, full of mercy (bhagavān), bestowed fearlessness to the boy and then entered the palace, to relieve the envy of Satyabhāmā or by getting off Garuḍa. Or he entered with Satyabhāmā, with Garudā, with Bhūmī, with Bhagadatta and with the guardians of the treasury. Because it was the house of the son of Bhūmī it was full of wealth.
The wealth of the city is described in Hari-vaṁśa:
