dantavakrādayo nṛpāḥ
mama dviṣanti vāmoru
rukmī cāpi tavāgrajaḥ

Translation
Kings like Śiśupāla, Śālva, Jarāsandha and Dantavakra all hate Me, O beautiful-thighed one, and so does your elder brother Rukmī.

“My dear beautiful princess, you know that all the members of the princely order, including Śiśupāla, Śālva, Jarāsandha, Dantavakra and even your elder brother Rukmī, are My enemies; they do not like Me at all. They hate Me from the cores of their hearts.

She may ask,"Then why did you take me as your wife?"
He therefore says, "I took you because Sisupala, Salva, Jarasanda, Dantavakra and your brother Rukmi were my enemies."

“Why then did you bring me here?” He answers in two verses. They hate me and more particularly your elder brother Rukmī hates me. The present tense is used because of proximity to the present and because it will be later described that Rukmī was killed.

The order of hatred is from the most intense (Śiśupāla) to the least intense. The elder brother of you, my devotee, also hates me. Kṛṣṇa uses the singular (mama) here though in other places he uses the plural. That is because in showing their hatred, he is not prominent.
