Translation
The first son of Queen Rukmiṇī was Pradyumna, and also born of her were Cārudeṣṇa, Sudeṣṇa and the powerful Cārudeha, along with Sucāru, Cārugupta, Bhadracāru, Cārucandra, Vicāru and Cāru, the tenth. None of these sons of Lord Hari was less than his father.

By Rukmiṇī, Kṛṣṇa had the following ten sons: Pradyumna, Cārudeṣṇa, Sudeṣṇa, Cārudeha, Sucāru, Cārugupta, Bhadracāru, Cārucandra, Vicāru and Cāru. None of them were inferior in their qualities to their divine father, Lord Kṛṣṇa.
Purport (Jiva Goswami)
Each of them was strong (vīryavān). Bhadracāru was younger than Cārugupta. That is indicated by tathā paraḥ. The succession is from oldest to youngest. The tenth is stated as such to emphasize that there was not an eleventh son and that Pradyumna was the eldest. The Lord was all attractive (hariḥ) and thus his sons were similar according to the maxim “like the seed so the sprout.” None of them (indicated by the word ca repeated) were less than their father. This was stated before, but for emphasis it is repeated. The following lists are similar.
