त्रिशिरस्ते प्रसन्नोऽस्मि व्येतु ते मज्ज्वराद् भयम् ।
यो नौ स्मरति संवादं तस्य त्वन्न भवेद् भयम् ॥ २९ ॥

tri-śiras te prasanno ’smi
vyetu te maj-jvarād bhayam
yo nau smarati saṁvādaṁ
tasya tvan na bhaved bhayam

Translation
The Supreme Lord said: O three-headed one, I am pleased with you. May your fear of My fever weapon be dispelled, and may whoever remembers our conversation here have no reason to fear you.

The Supreme Lord said: O three-headed one, I am pleased with you. May your fear of My fever weapon be dispelled, and may whoever remembers our conversation here have no reason to fear you.

After hearing the Śiva-jvara, Lord Kṛṣṇa replied, “O three-headed one, I am pleased with your statement. Be assured that there will be no more suffering for you from the Nārāyaṇa-jvara. Not only are you now free from fear of the Nārāyaṇa-jvara, but anyone in the future who simply recollects this fight between you and the Nārāyaṇa-jvara will also be freed from all kinds of fear.”
Purport
Here the Lord accepts the Śiva-jvara as His devotee and gives him his first order — that he should never frighten, by hot fever, those who faithfully hear this pastime of the Lord’s.

He who remembers the conversation between you and me will not have fear of you. Krsna says this rather than ordering Jvara, "Do not give him fever at all." Thus the statement means "Even if fever comes to one who hears this conversation, that person will not have fear. It will be insigificant."

Because of his desire, the Lord immediately relieved him of suffering, but not completely. That is expressed in the Lord’s words. Whoever remembers our conversation will be free of fear of you, what to speak of remembering the battle. And what to speak of that person who hears about the battle or glorifies it! Out of mercy for the people the Lord gives this blessing. Everyone will be free of similar sufferings by remembering the conversation. Or, he who remembers the conversation will be free of fear, but more than that, you, who have surrendered to me, will be free from fear of my jvara.
