Translation
The sky is Your navel, fire Your face, water Your semen, and heaven Your head. The cardinal directions are Your sense of hearing, herbal plants the hairs on Your body, and water-bearing clouds the hair on Your head. The earth is Your foot, the moon Your mind, and the sun Your vision, while I am Your ego. The ocean is Your abdomen, Indra Your arm, Lord Brahmā Your intelligence, the progenitor of mankind Your genitals, and religion Your heart. You are indeed the original puruṣa, creator of the worlds.
Translation (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)

The earth is Your foot, the moon Your mind, and the sun Your vision, while I am Your ego. “In the impersonalists’ conception of Your supreme existence, the sky is just like Your navel, fire is Your mouth, and water is Your semen. The heavenly planets are Your head, all the directions are Your ears, the earth (Urvī) is Your lotus feet, the moon is Your mind, and the sun is Your eye. As far as I am concerned, I act as Your ego. The ocean is Your abdomen, and the King of heaven, Indra, is Your arm. Trees and plants are the hairs on Your body, the clouds are the hair on Your head, and Lord Brahmā is Your intelligence. All the great progenitors, known as Prajāpatis, are Your symbolic representatives. And religion is Your heart. The impersonal feature of Your supreme body is conceived of in this way, but You are ultimately the Supreme Person. The impersonal feature of Your supreme body is only a small expansion of Your energy. You are likened to the original fire, and Your expansions are its light and heat.”
Lord Śiva continued: “My dear Lord, since You are manifested universally, the different parts of the universe are the different parts of Your body, and by Your inconceivable potency You can simultaneously be both localized and universal. In the Brahma-saṁhitā we also find it stated that although You always remain in Your abode, Goloka Vṛndāvana, You are present everywhere.
Purport
Śrīla Śrīdhara Svāmī explains that just as the tiny bugs living inside a fruit cannot comprehend the fruit, so we tiny living beings cannot understand the Supreme Absolute Truth, in whom we exist. It is difficult to understand the cosmic manifestation of the Lord, what to speak of His transcendental form as Śrī Kṛṣṇa. Therefore we should surrender in Kṛṣṇa consciousness, and the Lord Himself will help us understand.
Purport (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)
"You are directly brahman and all others including myself are your vibhutis." This is the idea expressed in this verse.
"The ether is your navel; earth is your feet; the sun is your eyes; I, siva, am your ego; Indra is your arms; the herbs are your hairs; brahma is your intellect (dhisana); prajapati is your genital (visarga); dharma is your heart."
The repetition of the word yasya is to make clear that they are all belonging to Krsna. "All visible things are the parts of your body of eternity , knowledge and bliss in the sense that they are your vibhutis."
"You create the worlds (loka kalpah)." This means "You create the material ether, fire etc. from your spiritual navel, mouth etc."
Purport (Jiva Goswami)
You are made the object of worship by all the fourteen worlds (loka-kalpah). Or the puruṣa, the universal form, composed of the fourteen worlds, is you. You are the foundation of the universal form.
Purport (Sanatana Goswami)
Every other cause and effect is a portion of portion you. They are limbs of the universal form with their presiding deities. This is explained in two verses. The puruṣa is a form of cause and effect consisting of the worlds because he is non-different from that universal form. Vai means famous. The list is not in order. The order does not depend on the higher or lower nature of the limbs.
You are accomplished by the worlds, by the cause and effect present in the fourteen worlds (loka-kalpaḥ). Or the Lord is composed of the fourteen worlds, which is non-different from its controller.
