Translation
The almighty Lord, the internal and external witness of all, understood that the monster had been produced by Lord Śiva from the sacrificial fire. To defeat the demon, Kṛṣṇa dispatched His disc weapon, who was waiting at His side.

The Supreme Personality of Godhead, Kṛṣṇa, is all-pervading. He is within everyone’s heart, and He is also without, in the form of the cosmic manifestation. He could understand that the fiery demon was a creation of Lord Śiva, and in order to vanquish the demon He took His Sudarśana cakra and ordered him to take the necessary steps.

Śrīla Viśvanātha Cakravartī comments that Lord Kṛṣṇa, playing the part of a king, was absorbed in a gambling match and did not want to be disturbed by such an insignificant matter as the attack of a fiery demon. So He simply dispatched His
cakra
weapon and ordered him to take the necessary steps.

He ordered his cakra because he was thinking that, for such minor work, he should not interrupt his dice game.

He understood particularly (vi—jñāya) the intentions of his devotee Śiva. He dispatched the cakra which was always at his side waiting to carry out his order.

Knowing thoroughly--that the boon had a loophole (vi-jñāya) because he was the direct witness of the whole universe inside and outside, because he was full of all powers (vibhuḥ), Kṛṣṇa sent his cakra. Or “By counteracting Śiva’s devotee by measures against the boon of Śiva, the Lord would disrespect Śiva.” The Lord is the direct witness internally of Śiva’s real desire to kill the demon and the witness externally of Śiva’s words. The cakra, at the Lord’s side in personified form, was always ready to follow his order.
