[Lord Kṛṣṇa said:] It is certain that today the three worlds have attained freedom from all fear, for that is the influence of such a great personality as you, who travel at will throughout all the worlds. KB 10.70.35 “My dear great sage among the demigods, I think that now everything is well within the three worlds. You are perfectly eligible to travel everywhere in space—in the upper, middle and lower planetary systems of this universe.

Purport (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)

I am asking you about the welfare of all the people of the worlds since it is improper to ask about your welfare, it being impossible that you could have any misfortune. "Are the three worlds free from fear now a days?" "Well, how should I know this?" "Your great quality is that you wander everywhere. Since from you knowledge of all the worlds can be obtained, I ask you."

Purport (Jiva Goswami)

Api svit indicates a question. Everyone in the universe is free of fear. You wander about to benefit us since you are the Lord (īśvara-karṭriṣu). This is stated in the next verse. Nanu indicates conjecture or certainty. He calls Nārada bhagavān out of great respect. This quality of fearlessness should arise from you who wander throughout the universe. Or, “How do I know about this?” Your influence (guṇaḥ) is everywhere since wander in all places.
