bhīmaḥ smayan prema-jalākulendriyaḥ
yamau kirīṭī ca suhṛttamaṁ mudā
pravṛddha-bāṣpāḥ parirebhire ’cyutam

Translation
Then Bhīma, his eyes brimming with tears, laughed with joy as he embraced his maternal cousin, Kṛṣṇa. Arjuna and the twins — Nakula and Sahadeva — also joyfully embraced their dearmost friend, the infallible Lord, and they cried profusely.

Then Bhīma, his eyes brimming with tears, laughed with joy as he embraced his maternal cousin, Kṛṣṇa. Arjuna and the twins—Nakula and Sahadeva—also joyfully embraced their dearmost friend, the infallible Lord, and they cried profusely.

After this, Bhīmasena, the second brother of the Pāṇḍavas, smiled and embraced Lord Kṛṣṇa, thinking of Him as his own maternal cousin, and thus he also merged in great ecstasy. Bhīmasena was so filled with ecstasy that for the time being he forgot his material existence. Then Lord Śrī Kṛṣṇa Himself embraced the other three Pāṇḍavas, Arjuna, Nakula and Sahadeva. As cousins they did not show undue reverence with each other. They were overwhelmed with affection. They embraced and felt bliss. Then their faces blossomed with smiles. All their senses were filled with prema. Then Nakula, Sahadeva and Arjuna shed even more tears out of joy than Bhīma and Yudhiṣṭlhira as they embraced their best friend Acyuta. All their senses were covered with prema (prema-java instead of prema-jala). This should also be understood. Out of prema Kṛṣṇa was also fixed in embracing them (acyutam). Arjuna is mentioned last because he wanted to embrace Kṛṣṇa for a long time. Or overcome with intense affection, he could not come quickly and thus arrived last.

All their senses were filled with prema. Then Nakula, Sahadeva and Arjuna shed even more tears out of joy than Bhīma and Yudhiṣṭlhira as they embraced their best friend Acyuta. All their senses were out of control because of prema (prema-java instead of prema-jala). Embracing Kṛṣṇa, Bhīma felt bliss. Or being blissful, Bhīma smiled and his senses went out of control because of prema. He could not do or say anything.
The Yadus were friends. Uddhava was a greater friend. The Pāṇḍavas were the greatest friends. Thus Kṛṣṇa was their greatest friend (suhṛttamam). They cried tears of joy with quivering etc. (pravṛddha). This should also be understood: out of prema Kṛṣṇa was also fixed in embracing them (acyutam). Arjuna is mentioned last because he wanted to embrace Kṛṣṇa for a long time. Or overcome with intense affection, he could not come quickly and thus arrived last. He is also mentioned last because Kṛṣṇa was most dear friend (suhṛttamam). He wore the crown which Kṛṣṇa had given him (kirīṭī).
