रथान्सदश्वानारोप्य मणिकाञ्चनभूषितान् । प्रीणय्य सुनृतैर्वाक्यै: स्वदेशान् प्रत्ययापयत् ॥ २८ ॥

Verse text

rathān sad-aśvān āropya maṇi-kāṣcana-bhūṣitān prīṇayya sunṛtair vākyaiḥ sva-deśān pratyayāpayat

Synonyms

rathān chariots ; sat fine ; aśvān with horses ; āropya having them mount ; maṇi with jewels ; kāṣcana and gold ; bhūṣitān decorated ; prīṇayya gratifying ; sunṛtaiḥ with pleasant ; vākyaiḥ words ; sva to their own ; deśān kingdoms ; pratyayāpayat He sent off .

Translation

Then the Lord arranged for the kings to be seated on chariots drawn by fine horses and adorned with jewels and gold, and pleasing them with gracious words, He sent them off to their own kingdoms.

Then the Lord arranged for the kings to be seated on chariots drawn by fine horses and adorned with jewels and gold, and pleasing them with gracious words, He sent them off to their own kingdoms. KB 10.73.28 … they were then seated on chariots bedecked with gold and jewels and drawn by decorated horses. After seeing that each was taken care of, Lord Kṛṣṇa, in a sweet voice, asked them to return to their respective kingdoms.

He put them on the best, fast (sat) horses, with force, in his presence, with pleasing words. “You are mine and I am yours. You should come to the great sacrifice of my dearest devotee Yudhiṣṭhira.” He sent them off to their states after reviving them.
