Translation
Thus terribly tormented by the airship Saubha, Lord Kṛṣṇa’s city had no peace, O King, just like the earth when it was attacked by the three aerial cities of the demons.

The airplane occupied by Śālva put the entire city of Dvārakā into distress equal to that caused on the earth long, long ago by the disturbing activities of Tripurāsura. The inhabitants of Dvārakā Purī became so harassed that they were not peaceful for even a moment.

The city of Kṛṣṇa was fiercely attacked. Śukadeva calls out to Parīkṣit in astonishment and grief. This pastime, difficult to understand, was the will of the Lord.

The city of Kṛṣṇa, who is the highest bliss, tormented terribly by the shower of weapons from the vehicle, had no peace. “This seems impossible.” The whole earth had no peace because of the attack of Tripura. Just as Śiva became glorified by the Lord for burning the cities of the demons, so now this incident took place by the will of the Lord. O king, you can understand this. Or just as the earth was afflicted by Tripura, Dvārakā was also afflicted, but did it not attain peace? Yes, it became peaceful because of it was the city of Kṛṣṇa.
