Translation (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)

Seeing His subjects so harassed, the glorious and heroic Lord Pradyumna told them, "Do not fear," and mounted His chariot. KB 10.76.13 The great heroes of Dvārakā City, headed by commanders such as Pradyumna, counterattacked the soldiers and airplane of Śālva. When he saw the extreme distress of the citizens, Pradyumna immediately arranged his soldiers and personally got up on a chariot, encouraging the citizens by assuring safety.

Purport (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)

Though Balaram wanted to go out and fight, Pradumnya said, "We will kill Salva. You should remain inside comfortably." Saying this he went out with Samba and others.

Purport (Jiva Goswami)

Beginning to realize that his citizens were afflicted, Pradyumna said “Do not fear” since he was the third expansion in the catur-vyūha (bhagavān). In the pastimes in this world he was a warrior, and the best warrior (mahā-rathaḥ). This was most astonishing. He would have an amusing pastime with insignificant demons.
