दिवि दुन्दुभयो नेदुर्जयशब्दयुता भुवि । देवाश्च कुसुमासारान् मुमुचुर्हर्षविह्वला: ॥ २७ ॥

divi dundubhayo nedur jaya-śabda-yutā bhuvi devāś ca kusumāsārān mumucur harṣa-vihvalāḥ

divi in the sky ; dundubhayaḥ kettledrums ; neduḥ resounded ; jaya “victory” ; śabda the sound ; yutāḥ together with ; bhuvi on the earth ; devāḥ demigods ; ca and ; kusuma of flowers ; āsārān torrents ; mumucuḥ released ; harṣa with joy ; vihvalāḥ overwhelmed .

Translation

Kettledrums resounded in the sky, and on the earth people shouted “Jaya! Jaya!” Overjoyed, demigods showered flowers.

Kettledrums resounded in the sky, and on the earth people shouted " Jaya! Jaya!" Overjoyed, demigods showered flowers. KB 10.83.27 “This victory of Lord Kṛṣṇa was accomplished at noon, during the moment called abhijit, which is astronomically calculated as auspicious. At that time the vibration of ‘Jaya! Jaya!’ was heard all over the world, and from the sky came sounds of drums beaten by the denizens of heaven. Great demigods were overwhelmed with joy and showered flowers on the earth.

Remembering her joy on that occasion she describes her choosing Krsna at that time in two verses. She entered with feet adorned with anklets which jingled, wearing two pieces of silk cloth tied by a belt.

Simultaneously people on earth shouted “Victory!” and devatās in the sky sounded drums.

The devatās shouted “Jaya jaya” on earth released flowers. Or on earth the drums sounded and people shouted “Jaya jaya.”
