Translation
At that time Balarāma and Kṛṣṇa, the Lords of all living entities, shone forth with great majesty in the company of Their respective sons, wives and other family members, who were expansions of Their opulences.

At that time, when Lord Kṛṣṇa and Lord Balarāma, along with Their wives, children and relatives, sat down in that great sacrificial arena, it appeared that the Supreme Personality of Godhead was present along with all the living entities and multienergies that are part of Him. We have heard from the śāstras that Lord Kṛṣṇa has multienergies and parts and parcels, but now, in that sacrificial arena, all could actually experience how the Supreme Personality of Godhead eternally exists with His different energies. At that time, Lord Kṛṣṇa appeared as Lord Nārāyaṇa, and Lord Balarāma appeared as Saṅkarṣaṇa, the reservoir of all living entities.

The lords of all jivas (jivesau), Krsna and Balarama appeared.

The two lords of the living entities (jīvīśau), like princes or controllers of the population, shone with their intimate expansions -with their cousins (sva-bandhubhiḥ), with their wives, and with their sons who were non-different from themselves in form and qualities (sva-sutaiḥ). They were part of themselves. Or, the two were, in their expansions as Paramātmā, the antaryāmīs of all the jīvas. It is said in the Eleventh canto: kālo māyā-maye jīve jīva ātmani mayy aje: time merges into Saṅkarṣaṇa, and he merges into me. (SB 11.24.27) The Lord is superior to antaryāmī. He is Svayam Bhagavān.

Kṛṣṇa and Balarāma, equally prominent (ca ca), were surrounded by their intimate friends the cowherds or by relavites, the Yadus and friends, Nanda and others. The wives (dāraiḥ) were naturally theirs eternally. Thus the word sva is not necessary for them. Kṛṣṇa and Balarāma were the lords of the jīvas. They were accompanied by their vibhūtis. Or they had the Kaustubha, makara earrings, etc. (sva-vibhūtibhiḥ). The list of persons accompanying the two brothers is in order of increasing proximity.
