Translation (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)

Śrī Kṛṣṇa, the Supreme Soul, the Lord of unlimited valor, performed countless pastimes just as amazing as this one, O descendant of Bharata. KB 10.85.58 Without accepting the inconceivable, unlimited potencies of the Lord, one cannot understand that Lord Kṛṣṇa is the Supreme Soul. By His unlimited potencies He performs unlimited pastimes, and no one can describe them in full, nor can anyone know them all.

Purport (Jiva Goswami)

Śukadeva summarizes the stories about Kṛṣṇa in order to conclude the work quickly, fearing that Parīkṣit’s departure time was at hand. The stories are infinite since simultaneously he reveals unlimited pastimes. This was witnessed by Nārada. The cause is that Kṛṣṇa has unlimited powers (ananta-vīryasya), because he is the source of all other forms (paramātmanaḥ).

Purport (Sanatana Goswami)

Such unlimited pastimes are beyond material conception, showing directly the unlimited powers of the Lord (adbhūtāni). Or the auspicious activities or powers are astonishing and unlimited since the Lord has unlimited power, since he is the antaryāmī (paramātmanaḥ), causing all actions at all times everywhere, and since he is Kṛṣṇa, svayam bhagavān, who appeared in the world to manifest his unlimited glories. His unlimited powers indicate that he is supreme Lord. O descendent of Bharata, you can understand this because you have been born in a great dynasty. It is not possible to relate all the Lord’s activities. You understand this.
