pādayoḥ petatuḥ prabhoḥ

Translation
Both the King of Mithilā and Śrutadeva fell at the Lord’s feet, each thinking that the spiritual master of the universe had come there just to show him mercy.

King Bahulāśva and the brāhmaṇa Śrutadeva, knowing well that the Lord had come there just to grace them with favor, immediately fell at the Lord’s lotus feet and offered their respects.
Purport (Jiva Goswami)
Thinking that the guru of the universe, worshipped by Brahmā and others, had come (praptam) to give mercy, along with the sages (sam), the two fell at the feet of their own Lord, or he who was able to fulfill all their desires (prabhoḥ). The best brāhmaṇa Śrutadeva, is mentioned after the king since out of meekness he remained behind the king out of respect.
