Translation
Śrī Śuka said: So instructed by his Lord, with single-minded devotion Śrutadeva worshiped Śrī Kṛṣṇa and the topmost brāhmaṇas accompanying Him, and King Bahulāśva did the same. Thus both Śrutadeva and the King attained the ultimate transcendental destination.
Translation (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)
Śrī Śuka said: So instructed by his Lord, with single-minded devotion Śrutadeva worshiped Śrī Kṛṣṇa and the topmost brāhmaṇas accompanying Him, and King Bahulāśva did the same. Thus both Śrutadeva and the King attained the ultimate transcendental destination.

In this way both the brāhmaṇa Śrutadeva and the King of Mithilā, under the direction of the Lord, worshiped both Kṛṣṇa and His followers, the great sages and saintly brāhmaṇas, on an equal level of spiritual importance. Both brāhmaṇa and King ultimately achieved the supreme goal of being transferred to the spiritual world.
Purport (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)
Srutadeva then worshiped Krsna and the sages with undivided attention (ekatma bhavena). Or another meaning is: he worshipped Krsna and the sages with the understanding that they were non different.
Purport (Jiva Goswami)
The Lord also gave the instructions to the king. Following the instructions, they attained the result. The brāhmaṇa and the king, instructed by their own Lord, with great faith in those instructions, worshipped Kṛṣṇa along with the brāhmaṇa sages with great devotion and constant endeavor. They attained the eternal abode of the Lord and sages.
Purport (Sanatana Goswami)
He worshipped as instructed by his Lord (prabhunā). He had faith in that order. He worshipped with concentration the best devotees among the brāhmaṇas (dvijottamān) along with Kṛṣṇa, who manifested unlimited qualities such as affection for the devotees. He attained the abode of the Lord or the sages, or Vaikuṇṭha.
