Translation
Peacefulness, self-control, austerity, cleanliness, satisfaction, tolerance, simple straightforwardness, devotion to Me, mercy and truthfulness are the natural qualities of the brāhmaṇas.

Control of the mind, control of the senses, austerity, cleanliness, satisfaction, tolerance, simplicity, devotion to me, mercy and truthfulness are the natural qualities of the brāhmaṇas.
The bhakti or devotion in the brāhmaṇa is only secondary bhakti.
