Translation

Discriminating persons are able to utilize their money, youth and strength to achieve perfection. But I have feverishly squandered these in the useless endeavor for further wealth. Now that I am an old man, what can I achieve?

Translation (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)

In the useless endeavor for further wealth, I have lost all wealth. Discriminating persons are able to utilize their money, youth and strength to achieve perfection. Now that I am an old man, what can I achieve? Being mad in pursuing useless wealth, I have lost all wealth. By wealth, youth and strength, those with intelligence achieve perfection. What can an old make like me accomplish?
