ब्रह्मभूतस्य राजर्षेर्देहोऽहिगरलाग्निना ।
बभूव भस्मसात् सद्य: पश्यतां सर्वदेहिनाम् ॥ १३ ॥

brahma-bhūtasya rājarṣer
deho ’hi-garalāgninā
babhūva bhasmasāt sadyaḥ
paśyatāṁ sarva-dehinām

Translation
While living beings all over the universe looked on, the body of the great self-realized saint among kings was immediately burned to ashes by the fire of the snake’s poison.

While living beings all over the universe looked on, the body of the saint among kings who was situated with the Lord was immediately burned to ashes by the fire of the snake's poison.
The burning of his body was like the last rites performed by his son.
