ucchiṣṭā vrata-karśitā
aspṛṣṭa-vāry-adhautāṅghriḥ

Translation
Having grown weak and thin because of strictly following the principles of the vow, Diti once unfortunately neglected to wash her mouth, hands and feet after eating and went to sleep during the evening twilight.

Having grown thin because of strictly following the vow, Diti, forgetting the rules, once went to sleep after eating, without performing ācamana and without washing her feet, during the twilight.
She did not perform ācamana or wash her feet.
