ततोऽग्निवर्णा इषव उत्पेतु: सूर्यमण्डलात् ।
यथा मयूखसन्दोहा नादृश्यन्त पुरो यत: ॥ ५८ ॥

tato ’gni-varṇā iṣava
utpetuḥ sūrya-maṇḍalāt
yathā mayūkha-sandohā
nādṛśyanta puro yataḥ

Translation
The arrows released by Lord Śiva appeared like fiery beams emanating from the sun globe and covered the three residential airplanes, which could then no longer be seen.
Translation (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)
The arrows, the color of fire, emanating from Śiva like rays emanating from the sun, reached the abodes. Because of the arrows the abodes could no longer be seen.
Like rays from the sun, the arrows emanated from Śiva. Because of the arrows (yataḥ) the abodes could not be seen.
