सपत्नानां परामृद्धिं दृष्ट्वा ते दितिनन्दना: ।
अमृष्यमाणा उत्पेतुर्देवान्प्रत्युद्यतायुधा: ॥ ३ ॥

sapatnānāṁ parām ṛddhiṁ
dṛṣṭvā te diti-nandanāḥ
amṛṣyamāṇā utpetur
devān pratyudyatāyudhāḥ

Translation
Seeing the victory of the demigods, the demons became intolerant of their superior opulence. Thus they began to march toward the demigods with raised weapons.

Seeing the superior good fortune of their enemies, the demons, unable to tolerate it, attacked the devatāṣ with raised weapons.
