vivastrā vrīḍitā bhṛśam
nilīyamānā vṛkṣeṣu
hasantī nānvatiṣṭhata

Translation
The beautiful woman was already naked, and when She saw Lord Śiva coming toward Her, She became extremely bashful. Thus She kept smiling, but She hid Herself among the trees and did not stand in one place.
Translation (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)
The woman, with her top piece slipping down, saw Lord Śiva approaching. Very shy, she ran and hid herself among the trees while smiling.
Vivastrā means that the top portion of her dress had slipped down. She did not stand still, but ran away.
