अथ तस्मै भगवते नमस्कृत्य पितामह: ।
भवश्च जग्मतु: स्वं स्वं धामोपेयुर्बलिं सुरा: ॥ २७ ॥

namaskṛtya pitāmahaḥ
bhavaś ca jagmatuḥ svaṁ svaṁ
dhāmopeyur baliṁ surāḥ

Translation
Then Lord Brahmā and Lord Śiva, after offering their respectful obeisances to the Lord, returned to their abodes. All the demigods then approached Mahārāja Bali.

Upeyuḥ means “they approached.”
