Translation
The father of Nābhāga said: Whatever the great sages sacrificed in the arena of the Dakṣa-yajṣa, they offered to Lord Śiva as his share. Therefore, everything in the sacrificial arena certainly belongs to Lord Śiva.
Translation (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)
The father of Nābhāga said: The remnants of whatever the great sages sacrificed in the arena of the Dakṣa-yajṣa are the share of Śiva. But actually everything belongs to him.
The father spoke. Dakṣādhvare uccheṣana-bhāgaḥ vai rudre: in the Dakṣa sacrifice the remnants belong to Śiva. However, everything belongs to him, what to speak of the remnants of the sacrifice.
